WebOps Studio is led by Craig Baumann, a U.S. Army veteran and self-taught front-end developer based in Minnesota. What began as curiosity became a focused approach to building websites with structure, clarity, and strong fundamentals.
The mission is simple: build custom websites with precision, discipline, and attention to detail.
Built Through Discipline
I did not take a traditional path through design school or a CS degree. I learned by building, testing, and refining real projects from scratch.
After the Army, that same mindset carried into web development: disciplined execution, adaptability, and focus on the mission.
WebOps Studio is the result: hand-coded websites built with care, clarity, and long-term maintainability.

Review & Refine
You review the build, and we refine details through included revisions.

I served in the U.S. Army, where I learned discipline, adaptability, and how to execute under pressure. That mindset shapes every build.
Self-Taught Developer
I am self-taught through hands-on project work, client collaboration, and continuous refinement.

HTML5, CSS3, and vanilla JavaScript. I use the right tools for the project and avoid unnecessary complexity.
